Returns & Refund Policy

Returns
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order from Circle Creek Home. We will give thoughtful consideration to your request for a return, exchange, or credit of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will take care of you. We will credit your original form of payment for returns mailed within 30 days of the shipping date and issue a Circle Creek gift card if mailed after 30 days. Vintage item items are non-returnable and are sold as is. We do our best to describe through words and photography the condition of each piece, please contact us with any questions prior to making your purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that your returned item has been received. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to
three weeks, depending on your method of return.

Shipping
For all returns, address the package to Circle Creek Home, 3026 – 282nd Street N.E. Arlington, Washington United States 98223. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email describing the damage. We will respond back and give you instructions on exchanging the item.
